I think both carry some risk.

I don't really believe much in HashFast just because I don't think jamming 250W into a single die is a good way to try to make a miner.

Bitmine/CoinCraft sounds more technically sound to me, and they also do have a (barely) established history of shipping working miners.

I had ordered 2 Avalon modules from bitmine in their batch 2, and I took advantage of their offer to convert my order to a CoinCraft product with a 50% bonus to my existing order value.  This deal worries me a little because it borders on too-good-to-be-true.  It makes me think of BFL's efforts to get ppl to convert to Monarch orders so they can keep the money and take in more without shipping anything yet.  I hope my worry is unfounded.

Edit: Oops, you're talking about FastHash.  I'm thinking of HashFast.  I really haven't studied FastHash's product and can't really comment on it.

Miners Protection? Guarantee On Time Delivery, Refund Policy and Paypal or Credit CARDS?

3) Minors should not be mining in the first place and should focus more on their homework.  Seriously though, the mining protection plan is offered by companies who know they won't deliver on time.  It's a red flag, and a marketing tool.  It's also an excuse to delay orders because they know they won't keep up with production.   Fast Hash machines will be delivered much earlier for reasons already mentioned.

Refund policy on website... www.virtualminingcorp.com

VMC does bank wires, and bitcoin.

Doesn't accept CC's or paypal.. fraud risk is high.
