Looks like Vod's scam has now progressed to the grifting stage. This is one of the lazier and more poorly designed scams as it is clear even from his own documentation that it is a scam filled with empty promises. Also worth noting that after a lack of interest, he has reduced his asking amount by ~75% in an attempt to scam SOMETHING out of the community since his first asking attempt of more than 6 BTC was ignored by the community.

Vod doesn't say how many shares exist and he is selling "500" of them? 500 of an infinite amount... What a scam.

Vod makes investors pay him to develop his idea while giving himself a free ownership stake? This is called double dipping. It's why successful founders take a $1 annual salary. You are paid or you earn sweat equity, not both. What a scam.

Vod charges his members an ongoing fee to be a part of his club? So the members are the only source of revenue for themselves, sounds like a Ponzi only everyone gets screwed, not just the last entrants. What a scam.

Vod claims investors will see a return of over 400% within 2 years despite having 0 revenue currently? This is just a flat out lie. What a scam.

Vod is clearly a scammer and his self-toted scam busting past should leave no doubt that he is not only aware he is in the process of building a scam, but he is willfully doing so with full knowledge that his investors will be victims in his plot to take money from this community to pay his bills because he cannot hold a job.
