All I received was very bad sound quality samples and non-native speakers. These are all ignored.

Firstly you are a newbie and your activity was only 12 for this reason anyone doesn't complete your offer.if you really want this you must have an escrow otherwise no one work with you.if you are really wanted to give this offer then got an escrow and inform us we will work with you otherwise we are don't trust you.

That "sound test" seems like part of the actual work, to me, so won't be free unless I can audio watermark below my voice.

I am a trained film marker and journalist, i have been in the business of film/t.v production for upwards of 30 years, presently i am working on a t.v programme for which i am doing some voice over and i shall also do the complete editing of the programme.
I believe this job is for me.

As long as you are a newbie, you should talk with an escrow before making any deals.
