I don't know that much when it comes to the north korean style of government, infact only few people know about them. In my own opinion, that pudgy leader is being treated like he is a God and his family created North Korea. The laws are so weird that they even have these one style of hair cut that everybody must follow. As what I have understood on your statement, if it is true that Japan, Korea and the United States of America is planning on changing North korea and get Kim Jong Un out of his thrown, I would be very happy for the North Koreans.
