Your offerings are good, and if you can really provide a good quality VPN service then surely clients would like to pay for it too, but I would recommend starting with a very minimal amount to get your business going, and later you can increase the prices or can create packages starting from a very minimal price to higher and each package can have additional features like more countries, etc.

I paid for 2 VPN services with BTC in 2020, dumped one fairly quickly and am still using one now.

In general, my VPN use is less for privacy than for access -- to consume content otherwise blocked in my geographic location. I believe that's the stronger use case for the general populace too. So what wins for me:
- no need to install software, browser extensions should be the limit
- no throttling otherwise pointless to access
- more private, less public IPs so you don't have to keep changing (because the netflix/hulu/bbc whatever benefit seems to perform poorly for most VPNs eventually)

Thanks for the feedback Smiley

It will have no throttling, but unfortunately, no dedicated IPs, IP Address change each time you disconnect/reconnect.

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated, and I do agree, does not help all the things mentioned and half of them are not true, and especially the no-log policy seems to be the most important one and speeds.

I am still debating if it would be worth it to start a VPN Business, I don't want to go through all the trouble and end up struggling to get clients at the end of the day.

I do not think that the price is the attractive thing in using a VPN because there are many services that claim to be free, but some other factors may make the user pay up to $ 20 a month, the most important of which are:

Speed, the cleanliness of the IP address, and that it is not prohibited or known to the service providers with the ability to hide the main address using Tor or any other service.
Not to mention that almost all VPNs offer the same thing and the things that they advertised doesn't necessarily means that it is true, there was a video by Tom Scott about VPN and in that video he debunks the things that most VPNs advertise that they do. The only one that really works well is Tor browsers combined with Arch Linux.

No activity or connection logs
Our VPN does not and will never log traffic data, DNS queries, or anything that could be used to identify you.
If a method is provided to the user so that he can verify that this data will be deleted or at least it will not be obtained except at the request of the court and is not granted to any outside parties, then I think that the price will not be meaningful.

Just some of the features it will include:

Aside from features you mentioned,
1. Do you accept cryptocurrency payment?
2. What personal information do you ask? Just username/email?

1) I will accept Bitcoin payments for sure.
2) It will just be username/e-mail fields to be entered on the WHCMS portal to be able to login to your account.

offering the same service as they do just with some better pricing and personal support.
Just to be clear, are you introducing yourself as a new VPN provider or you'll be offering cheaper plans from other providers?

For now, to save on server cost it will be based on a reseller program but pricing will be less than other providers and will instead of 1 year or longer packages, look at offering daily or weekly packages instead to build a reputation at first.

If all goes well I'll get my own server infrastructure, it is mainly just to test the waters and to save cost from the start.

change your IP through one of our secure VPN servers.
Does it come with a dedicated IP?

Ip's change each time you connect or re-connect to one of the VPN servers.

No activity or connection logs
Our VPN does not and will never log traffic data, DNS queries, or anything that could be used to identify you.
I'm not a back-end coder or a developer by any means but is it going to be an open-source VPN?
- IIRC, a few years back there was a known VPN provider [forgot the name] that claimed such a thing but it turned out to be the opposite.

The app is not open-sourced they work with many vpn protocols such as openvpn , ikev2, wiregaurd also being implemented.

And fully understand the concerns, I guess it will be the same mutual trust as well for me to trust the reseller with the no-log policy the same a new client will be trusting me that there is no-log policy, but I want to arrange with them to see if there is some sort of "proof" to know it is really a no-log policy to gain more trust from clients.

Professional Support

Unless you will be selling your services as an affiliate of an established, reputable VPN provider, this promise will ring hollow with most potential customers. To a lesser extent, the same is true for most of the rest of the features you are promising.

The lack of reputation will also make it difficult for customers to be willing to trust you enough to pay for long-term deals. If you can accept LN payments, you could potentially charge by the day or the hour.

That is my plan as well maybe instead of a 1-year or 2-year package it will be 1 Day, 7 Days, 1 Month, 3 Month packages to start off and build reputation first.
