I am using FastestVPN which good vpn service provider speed wise with 7 vpn protocols.
I tried many VPN services provider all give me different sats less than 70 percent but finally i used very cheap stable private service which give me 100 % sats

The answer of your question is yes. Because that is the primary purpose why VPN is made. But it depends from what kind of VPN you are using because there are free VPN that only have limited country. I have also used PureVPN for specifically their split tunneling feature which allowed me to set a different location on my teamspeak server but use my local server to do other things. It also has AES256 encryption or whatever it's called.

I did visit your source you mentioned about DNS service with VPN but they do not have refund policy, last week i went outside of USA to UAE where i could not access us netflix then i searched about affordable VPN and read reviews then finally i installed private internet access it is affordable vpn.

You mean in bitcointalk? Yeah, this can happen using TOR as well, it's a measure theymos brought in to reduce spam from newly created accounts, the fee is tiny though. Good VPNs tend to renew their IPs often though, or at least have many alternative IPs to use if one gets blacklisted.

The speed is limited when you don't pay for there service and you have countdown timer before you connect(only when you don't pay). Bought 1 year license on this forum and this work alright.

I do know one that might fit your needs: ibVPN, it's a very decent VPN and has about 4-5 servers in plenty of countries some of them are not usual at all "Saudi Arabia etc...", They don't accept bitcoin though or at least the last time I checked.

I'm with getflix. It's a DNS Service with free VPN for subscribers. You can buy it for $60/Lifetime which is a good deal on my opinion. I'm happy with it and the VPN has full speed.
