You could try Nord VPN. I myself didn't try it for mining, but it should work as they got a lot of servers in many countries. Of course, you should expect a slight drop in speed, but that's normal.

For gaming the best VPN is VyprVPN and it has 700 servers and almost 0 packet loss, always less than 1 ms TTL time so it is quite good. I don't know if this can be used for mining, but I believe it can be used for everything even mining, they use the same protocols to connect to a server , no matter if the server is for gaming or for mining.
