I can vouch for them. I've had a VPS with them for around 2 months without any problems at all and I actually ordered web hosting yesterday.

Namecheap are pros in the hosting/domain biz, and they accept Bitcoin.

There are lots of good non-Bitcoin VPS services out there, just search Google.

look at codingagency.com. We don't use cpanel but we use virtualizor which is one of the best panels for managing anything needed automatically
