Yes it is profitable, but for estimation it depends on the Poles u using for mining or If u mine for urself
normally with 8GB RAM 2 vCPUs u can get from 0$50 UP a Day , and about Otohits it's runing on Windows & ubuntu

Very fast installation of software via aptitude and network speeds are follows when tested with speedtest-cli:

You can create swap space, VPS provider is not blocking that at all.
