Dont bother with those scammers, go on loclabitcoin and exchange btc for paypal (at exchange rate good to you) and just go direct with digitalocean.

if money is no problem for you than go for NAMECHEAP,they accept BTC
there are soo many vps providers now a days which accepts btc .. i would suggest try them or some reputed member here on forum only instead risking your money with anyone ... not that saying everyone is a scammer here but just in case

They provide SSD VPS, But they don't have Bitcoin as a payment method. If they can add Bitcoin as a payment option I'm sure everyone will buy VPS from DigitalOcean only.
