Where is the VPS hosted? Any test ips?
VPS s are Hosted on Digital Ocean ,,, look at vouch copy in previous replies you will see ip t test

You can access to Command line of UBUNTU ( using SSH Client such as PuTTy )
To get to GUI you need to install XRDP or VNC client ( look fo tutorial on youtube)
