I all,

I'm trying to add a VOffset to my Sapphire's NITRO+ RX580 bios, but it seems to use a different VRM chip that I couldn't identify.

VRMTool shows no info and when requesting the I2C devices I got:
Code:
Adapter 1e: Radeon RX 580 Series
Line 01 Address 55: unknown I2C device present

Then I dump the 1e:01:55 and got:
Code:
Dumping 1e 01 55
 00 00 00 00 66 ff cc 99 ff cc 00 99 ff 00 00 00
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa
fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa

I've try changing random values to the first bytes (not FA) without changes on the VDDC.

The FA bytes always are read as FA.

Someone knows a way to determine the VRM chip without disassembly the card?

Thanks!
