I have once again reached out to The bitcoin casino you have mentioned and they have once again refused to speak with me or even hold a simple discussion. So I just wanted to clear up anyone’s misconceptions.
1. I have already applied for the trademark in the US Patent and Trademark Office. It is pending and nearly completed with the onboardig process. From there on, I will own the trademark and then we will be evaluating any potential trademark infringement claims.
2. Any trademarks and or pending applications will be transferred with the domain once we can come to terms with one of our prospective buyers.
3. Despite The Bitcoin Casino’s critical tone towards our efforts, We reached out to them first - before we contacted or announced our acquisition of the domain - and were treated very unprofessionally. We then let things cool off for a bit before reaching out yet again to them as to show our respect and to give them the opportunity to consolidate the FortuneJack name and to obtain 100% ownership of the FortuneJack.org domain. They not only refused my offer, but they ignored my support ticket, they closed out my live chat box and have purposefully ignored several other attempts at producing some meaningful dialogue between our two entities. That is their choice and they will fully own any ramifications which may or may not come from those choices.
The bitcoin casino in question will be held fully accountable for any and all adversities that their inaction and stubbornity will have caused them. My team has remained cordial and receptive of them up until this point And we even made were prepared to make them a very friendly offer.
Like we have mentioned before, The GoDaddy evaluation is currently $1467. That’s from the leading domain site in the US. Or one of the top 3 domain registries so their credibility is significant here and it’s not some obscure 3rd party that we sourced this valuation. This is from an industry powerhouse. Despite that valuation I was prepared to accept a fraction of that value and transfer fill ownership rights into their hands. This decision was made out of fairness and civility since they already own a very similar domain. Unfortunately they have returned this same level of civility in their responses and have been continuously unprofessional, combative, and abrasive.
As such we will not be making any further attempts to contact them nor will We Be interacting with them at all unless our attorney is acting as an intermediary between our two parties. Besides that, we will own the trademark in the next two weeks and then the balance of power will have shifted Drastically. Thankfully we will respond to them In a much more considerate and professional manner than the one they have responded consistently to us with.
We are Still actively accepting offers for Fortunejack.org so please keep emailing us at
[email protected] for any inquiries or questions. Thank you.
