Yeah @Stunna had already said that the bonus was being sent even before he created this thread.. maybe he realized that now.

He didn't get the bonus because he wasn't entitled to it, and was banned.  Apparently he got some other bonuses though.

The bonus OP is talking about isn't promoted.  At the beginning of each month VIP hosts give out cash bonuses to their 'top players'.  AFAIK nobody is 'entitled' to it.  I've heard rumors it's the top 1,000 wagered players, but only from other players.

If this was something offered to OP before hand, they would have a legitimate argument.  But, I don't think this is the case.  Basically they just give out money to whoever they want at the beginning of each month.  It seems they didn't want to give any to OP for some reason.

This point exactly, these bonuses are not a guaranteed entitlement. The account in question was suspended in March. What is surprising is that Stake actually paid out bonuses even after that suspension for the user to withdraw and yet they are still here posting this. This account was overpaid bonuses when they should have reasonably been immediately cut off.

“FRX: Ferocious Alpha”
I have played on stake.com since last July.  My username is SURFRIDER.  I wagered over $10mil in March and I never received the monthly top players bonus (I tried to redeem it and it was $0.01).  I have sent 3 emails to my host, Eddie and he's not reading my messages on telegram.  I have been trying to resolve this for over 2 months now.  I haven't broken any of the terms of service and my ID is still pending verification after a month since it was submitted.

I know that Eddie has paid out other players when their accounts were undergoing verification or if it turned out they couldn't play on stake because of jurisdiction.  I missed out on the monthly bonus for March, the weekly bonus on 4/3 and no reload on 4/2 for the past 7 days of play.  I just want to square up.

Stunna I did try to send you a PM a week ago
Looks like your case was already answered , best to close this thread because I'm sure you are online in your main Bitcointalk account.

What's funny here is that OP had Posed this thread and never comes back to update or answer some question.

Now i will ask Him directly , Is He serious about this claim or just trying His luck to gain attention so the Management of this prestigious  Gambling site will make way for him to make some bucks here?

people continue to talk when the complainant cares nothing after this Post.
He probably already received them.

If you don't use one of the bonus codes when signing up, then the support has to activate the bonus for you. Seems like this guy was just too focused on getting Eddie to do it rather than just getting help from the support.
actually if you only read the post above of Stake owner stunna then you'll find this

Ironic that I missed it. Oh well. At least there is a response to it.

What was the reason OP's account got suspended? Also just know if the account got suspense, it still able to withdraw.

i think this thread has become infested with signature spammers that aren't really saying anything.
Well you know most of people never read on OP and just posting whatever they think to make few posts on this thread. On Op is clearly if he didn't use multiple accounts and broke any rules, but people still asking about that.

I consider whales issue a big issue and they should resolve it right away, but I don't think this particular issue can be considered a scam, it's a bonus issue, something that can be resolved, Stakes is the top gambling site in the Cryptocurrency industry and they have many players and many tickets to resolves since it is now posted here you will get the attention for your issue.
That's a bonus and there should be no issues with that one since they are the one promoting it not unless OP did a terrible mistake on abusing that Bonus. There's always a problem on big money, especially on the issue of AML but since Stake is the top gambling site, hopefully they can address this issue. OP didn't respond here anymore, I guess it resolve already.

I think that Stake.com is a reputable site. However,  I read some issues regarding this site recently.  Do hey get overload users or error systems?
And,  are you sure that you have used the right link and also do ll the rules?  If you did,  I think you will get your rigjt but,  wait for litle bit again until all confirmed.
OP seems to be a regular gambler so he wont be missing some details like this.

So maybe it is Stake system that's making this issue alarming , there are several claims like this recently .

But like what you said , Stake.com being reputable gambling site? surely they will face this fairly .

As long there were no violations or shady things attached about the bonuses then theres no doubt that this issue would really be resolved out anytime soon.

The entire community does know on whats the reputation of Stake into this market and this one is a bit uncommon for  some whale who do make out some complaints

but for sure they wont really be letting things to get unresolved so OP just wait up until this thing resolves.

I feel like someone who wagered 10 million dollars wouldn't care about whatever is given for a gift, how much does stake give as monthly bonus? I mean if a person who wagered 10 million is starting a whole new topic on bitcointalk for not getting the bonus that means 2 things; either the bonus stake gives is so huge that someone who can afford 10 million wagered cares about it so much since it is a lot of money, or this guy somehow got lucky by gambling because if the amount is very little then why would someone rich would care about it enough to start a whole topic?

I thought that very same thing that even a million dollar wagering gambler is bothered about the gifts he may be deprived of. Though, money is money and nobody will leave a cent on the table they are aware about, that it is theirs. Smiley

Stake is a decent place, they do care about their whales a lot, they have gone down in support if you ask me but they are still going to find this topic and help out and find the problem and solve it I am sure of that, they became worse than they used to be but never a scammer, not a chance.

Be rest assured that stake will not let its years of work, reputation be ruined due to Op or anybody's similar cases. It will soon throw an answer as well as a solution to Op's problem. Wait and give them some time.

The main reason why high rollers like Stake is because of the various bonuses, so it is understandable why you feel bad for not getting a top monthly bonus. It is funny to get less than a dollar for a bonus coupon as a plat user but it shouldn't be like that for a million-dollar wager. Maybe they will ask to prove the source of funds if there is no issue about T&C breack.

Asking for proof of funds in this industry is often the "last resort" of sites that don't want to pay, I don't think thats the case here.

Hope he gets what he is owed. Risking so much money and then not getting whats promised is not how its supposed to be.

Usually, the high-rollers don't have problem with withdrawing funds on big casinos, Stake is the first choice came to mind. Just check the Twitch streamers, almost half of slot streamers prefer to play at Stake IMHO.

The point isn't why he started this topic. The point is that he was supposed to receive his bonuses regardless of his intentions especially considering the fact that he wagered millions on Stake.

Majority of the population including me consider every single bit of money as a precious commodity. Money is money at the end of the day.

Also, nobody is accusing Stake of scamming or anything. However, it would be better if op's issue gets resolved asap which is why they need to improve their customer service speed.

It's possible that their support team were overloaded with requests due to which they couldn't look into your issue.

But OP is doing the process for 2 months now. Being busy at least should not be the reason.

And if OP will try to keep sending messages to support, the same answer will be given to him, or at worst, maybe they will not entertain every of his ticket if the request is continuous.

But for assurance, Stake is a reputable casino and I do know they will address it soon since OP now brings the ssue here. Following this story.
Taking into account the OP is such a whale and he is not receiving the attention that he deserves I do not know why he does not try another casino, after all the bonus that he is going to receive is not that big anyway.

If I was treated like that I would just move on and take my business to some other platform, after all if they behave like that with a customer that has gambled so much money then what kind of attention are you going to receive if you are a small stakes player?

No site reputation will be ruined through 1 thread.
Actually, it is possible to ruin a site's reputation through a single thread if the allegations are proven to be legit and if the site doesn't solve them asap. Some good examples are the Adkinsbet thread etc.

No site representative answering here already tells a lot.
This is something which I noticed too. It's been sometime since op started this thread and it has been on the first page of the gambling section consistently. Weird indeed.

Adkins was/is totally different though Wink . So many complains + exit ripp.

I once also was ignored by my vip host for about a week, for whatever reason. Same reply by support they cant do anything blabla.
Then I got a new host. Still dont know what the problem was.

I have sent 3 emails to my host, Eddie and he's not reading my messages on telegram.
I believe the hosts see the messages and reply to them within a few hours and maximum of a day. I don't know why he is ignoring you.

I haven't broken any of the terms of service and my ID is still pending verification after a month since it was submitted.
They should rather verify the ID or if they believe there is a problem or the ID is fake, they should decline it. I really feel sorry for you. Maybe you can raise the problem in the scam accusation section or post on their main thread.

I understand they might have some doubt over your account but not replying and informing you about the problem makes no sense and raises red flags honestly. I am a regular player at stake myself and these kind of stories scare me because as a crypto player I don't want to verify my ID and all of a sudden a lot of focus from stake is to get ID verifications. What was the last thing they told you? Because, there must be something which you are either hiding or missing.

What happened to stake.com? I saw recently they had different issues and different users have different issues. If Ia'm not mistaken, stake.com also have their own forum right? I guess it is also good if you will raise this problem to their forum and also to their ANN thread. Because so far Stunna didn't respond here yet.
Well, yes there is. [ https://forum.stake.com ]
Perhaps they are still active there doing such good discussions related to the stake.com experience. However, I never believed with the OP, I know that this site is the most reputable gambling site and it will never surely ruin their reputation. And regarding people who requested that Stunna will make a statement to make it clear about OP claims and perhaps he had shady activity on his account.

No site reputation will be ruined through 1 thread.
Why would OP hare this story if it wasnt true. You can see the screens. Open your eyes.

People here blindly defending sites without even knowing whats going on.
Stake also does shady stuff, they even did it to me, on more than 1 occasion.

OP have to update this thread so he can’t ruin the reputation of Stake.com, most of the gambling site experience a problem like this but the good thing here, they are dealing with it accordingly so I’m confident about stake.com since they are on the of best sports betting site. Surely this issue will get solved at the earliest. Wagering more than $10million will get him good monthly bonus. Happy that OP has revealed his identity as well as his profiting. You're just a user among the thousands of stake users. No worries, stake used to pay big every weekend. If they decide, they can stop it. Never thought there will be kinda allegation thread about the Stake casino. They are very popular and already has a active signature campaign running on this forum.
If the users are getting paid on time then I am pretty sure the owner of the Site who is presumable Eddie guy then he should not be having any problems dealing this guy on Telegram.

May be talk with campaign manager and ask him for a fever to connect yourself with Eddie. This indirect contact may help you recover your lost money.

I hope they won't let down a big player like you. If you are wagering 10 million then I am sure they are big portion of the same.  Cheesy

Wagered over 10 million dollars is not that small amount for them to take unnoticed ..

Maybe this time Stake must face this and resolve the issue or else they will start losing support from the community and outside.

You need to contact the stake. You are not the only gambler on stake so there might be others too who experienced the same problem as yours so you just have to wait for their response. You really need to contact them especially you wagered a lot of money in their casino. I'm sure you'll get a response from them sooner.

Stay away from this site! As soon as you start winning, the problems begin!
Don't be too quick to make conclusions. For the records, OP isn't complaining about winnings or anything but missing monthly bonuses given that he wagered a hefty sum and didn't get his rewards as he should. I'm sure there's a logical reason why it happened and totally not because stake doesn't pay out winnings, they do. They resolved all accusations in the past.

OP, I'd suggest you keep trying to reach out to stake team, at the very least you should get an explanation so you'd know what went wrong and how you can fix it. Don't be deterred (yet).

He is also complaining about the vip host not answering/doing his job and his ID verification takes over 1 month.
He reached out to the stake team and as stated they do nothing but tell him to wait for the host.

Not answering and leaving the customer in the dark is what stake likes to do from time to time, speaking from own experience.

Huge money is involved here so I understand if Stake will take time to process this but its very unprofessional if they leave there player in the dark after all big money he wager on the casino. I don't know the full story and I want to here the side of Stake management before I comment on this issue but I will be watching this for further development. I hope Stake @Micro will address the issue immediately.

Have observed several similar complaints related to Stake VIP hosts in recent times. This is clearly a major issue that Stake needs to resolve asap since this issue can become worse over time if left unchecked even though I haven't personally experienced this.

Am surprised to see no one from Stake team respond to this thread so far. They need to improve their customer support services.

I think it will be fair if you also post a screenshot about your transaction history for the "bonuses" during March.
If you do not know where it is, go to your transaction tab, choose others, choose type "bonuses".
At least it will show what you claim with the $0.01 bonus is true.
It does not mean that I do not trust what you say, but just want to make it clearer.

^ Definitely right, this site is reputable and I think they will not let ruin their reputation just on that issue and we hope that they will solve this problem as soon as they can because it will always hunt them or chasing them by the OP. However, let us hear what is the opinion of the Stake.com sides, and sooner or later Stunna will answer this issue and probably there will be glitches or something wrong that the reason they have a delay through they have an investigation but as I say, only them can answer this issue. I still have trust in Stake.com and I think they will solve this.

Make an additional post addressing the stake owners if the issue still persists because I do think that it will still take some time to get this done and if they do have live chat contact them again.

Well other than that you should message them here if they do not listen or ignores there is always scam section where you can message or make a new post but at the end of the day the site is good and I do think that they would for sure resolve this soon.

Also make sure you follow all the rules etc there are actually tons of them which makes you eligible for it. Depends on site to site.

I do hope this gets resolved.

Stay away from this site! As soon as you start winning, the problems begin!

You should present some proof of such accusations since the site is well reputed and this is unprofessional to criticize if you don't have solid grounds. Take the example above the guy presented the statement with his name and also the screenshots. Which can be looked into and resolved.

Am surprised to see a whale facing bonus related issues on a popular site like Stake. It's possible that their support team were overloaded with requests due to which they couldn't look into your issue.

Keep trying to contact their customer support regarding this issue. Am expecting Stunna or one of the Stake team members to respond to this thread soon as long as you didn't engage in anything shady.

Sometimes the bonus coupon link doesn't work for all user and they update new link shortly. But in your case the whole story is different, you have faced the issue alone. Also two uncommon issue there. I don't think that it has happened for the pending ID verification process. Only Eddie or Stunna can help you out from this situation. Or you may PM MICRO, he is also a team member of Stake.

Eddie remains super busy always, he will not read the whole message of your email because it's too long. I have faced a different issue last month and sent email to Eddie for clarification. But he replied me without reading the whole message and told me to contact live support to resolve that.

Stunna I did try to send you a PM a week ago
What happened while you tried to PM Stunna? If they have disallowed newbie to send PM to them then other forum member should forward a message to them about your problem.

FYI, I don’t have multiple accounts and I followed all the rules!
