ok, at least I know that their support dont reply after a month is normal, I will continue wait

my account is basic, I try to verify my account from November but failed because some reason example: browser always get error: opp! dont find out webcam..., try with my laptop but laptop cam is bad so faied, now my account reach maximum failed verify. I also sent poloniex support ticket about verify account since 22 November and nothing response from them

How bad is it? I think with a proper lightning, it should be fine although it's always better to buy a decent cam.

Anyways, Just keep in contact with their support. If they really asked you to verify your account. Make sure to follow all the tips that poloniex made in this article: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000244879-my-profile-never-gets-verified.

P.S. Consider yourself lucky if you've got a response from them after a month  Grin

my account just be frozen without reason on 7 Dec, I have create a ticket but now don't have any response from support. I know they support very long but if any person even create support ticket can tell me how many days I need for waiting their reply?

From what I remember, It can take months or worse there's also a possibility of getting ignored. That's why it's a must for your support ticket to be concise (detailed and doesn't have any unnecessary parts) and followed by proofs e.g. screenshots.

When it comes to frozen accounts, most probably they will just ask you to verify your account. What account tier are you in?
