An update about the current situation, the user got banned in Paxful as you can see. I received no refunds from the site even though the guy claims that all his funds are still in the site. He still claims that this was a mistake from the supplier he is dealing with and he will refund me as soon as he gain access to his account, I just sent Paxful an email asking them If it's possible to unban him If he agree to refund me outside or inside the site and I will see how things goes from there.

The guy contacted me today and claimed that I'am wrong and he will actually refund me by contacting his supplier. I will be editing the OP and removing the scam accusation for now and see how things goes.
EDIT: So apparently, he is asking me to delete the whole thread including of what people other people posted.

It sounds like you've got this scammer concerned, so you must have posted accurate information for this person and they are concerned that people will find it online. I would demand that he return your money before doing anything at all with the thread, he is a thieving scammer so cannot be trusted at all.

It's being almost a week since I contacted Paxful about this and nothing really happened, I received no replies even though they claim to have 24/7 support, this scammer is only gaining more positive feedback.

Which Amazon cards are these, '.com'? Was there any discount on them, and if so how much was the discount? I'm having trouble viewing this information due to my setup.

It's likely that they were stolen or bought with a stolen CC. Have you tried contacting Amazon support?

It was like 70$ for 100$ gift card and yes, It's for Amazon.com. I did contact them and they told me I should contact the seller of gift card as they have nothing to do with it but yeah, It's a chargeback.

Did you contact Paxful support yet?

I haven't because I thought they don't take emails seriously as the trust system they have exist for a reason but now I just sent one, hopefully I will receive a reply.

Let's go back in time,shall we ?

Fair enough. I admitted that it was my fault on the thread too but I'm just making this post so people are aware of it.

I appreciate the suggestion but I already have his physical address (unless he moved somewhere else) as I posted above.

@Avirunes and @ApeDeals, I appreciate the help! I sent a message to Paxful while linking to this thread, hopefully the information we gathered will be helpful to them and he will get banned.

When you opened this thread,

I'm looking to buy Amazon.com GC for 75%. I have no intentions on going first unless you are more trusted then me, an escrow is always fine as long as you pay the fees. If you are not trusted, you should also provide a proof that you are selling legit gift cards.

My first comment was,

I'm looking to buy Amazon.com GC for 75%.

, you should also provide a proof that you are selling legit gift cards.
Well, those two lines don't go hand in hand. Why would someone sell something legit and take a loss that big ? If he has acquired cards from the legit sources, don't think they would that cheap.

Seems like the case here.If you are looking to buy something 75% off it's original price, either it's fake or doesn't exist.I don't see no harm in buying it directly from amazon.Sorry for your loss.

Archive of kimoar LB profile : http://archive.is/kzNb9

I got his ICQ: 682579719 from the LB profile and did a search and it seems like he is active with another LB profile: https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/Amaz0ne/?ch=w7m

Kimoar LB profile has a message :

Quote
Hi im legit Amazon/Ebay/psn/Itunes giftcard reseller ,IF YOU NEED AMAZON contact me ICQ : 682579719 or Whatsapp + 33644662233 ..

Google search of ICQ shows that Amaz0ne also had a same message and he had deleted the message now. Also he had an advertisement of a trade on LB with same message.

Google search sometimes shows a saved version of pages and it did here in this case for Amaz0ne's profile but he had no such message when I rechecked which implies that he just recently deleted it. Also he is online now and active now with Amaz0ne (It would be great if someone asks LB staff to review this profile).

(Google search archive : http://archive.is/jINnq)

Also some search results lead to a facebook profile : https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010005426866&fref=nf (archive: http://archive.is/7FPAb)

The Facebook account was linked to some of the group's related to hacks and black stuffs. However I found out one facebook group to which he was also a part of in which a user sent hacked credit cards/debit cards.
