For your bitcoin stash it’s to use multiple wallets, hardware wallets or paper wallets done on clean PC’s.
For airdrops just use an exchange if you’re planning to sell them all straight away, it doesn’t matter as much.

Long term storage coins need to be very well looked after & protected though.

For airdrops I am using myetherwallet.com
There are other online wallets but this is one of the most used one.

I started with one wallet but as I began to go after other coins, I have to play safe. I split my coin to another especially ones that have their direct exchange and accommodate multiple currencies.

So, at some point, you'd need more than 1 wallet for BTC and ETH in particular.

Is it okay to use just one wallet, or is it advisable that you use different ones, especially when joining airdrops?
