But it worked before on the same laptop for me..
Didnt change anything

Well if it doesn't work you should try instructions from my post above.  :-)
So you deleted appdata/roaming/... folder before installing 0.9.1 and backup wallet.dat.
Correct?

Just temporarely deactivated it

windows 8 with kaspersky

1st is this one.
Add 0.9.1 executable into firewall.
http://m.wikihow.com/Add-Exceptions-to-Windows-8-Firewall

And add it into Kaspersky http://support.kaspersky.com/8742

Does it seems to be working after those?

Yes, make sure the necessary ports (Typically TCP 8333) are open, otherwise Bitcoin Core could have problems syncing. Also you can add some nodes manually for your client to sync with by adding #addnode=theipadresshere:theportyouwanthere to bitcoin.conf
Sample bitcoin.conf: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Running_Bitcoin#Sample_Bitcoin.conf

Hey guys,

I deleted my wallet just a couple months ago
Recently I reinstalled bitcoin qt , and it said 275(!) weeks needed to be syncronized
I left it running for 5-6 hoursand nothing happened, not 1 week synced

How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance

You should download core 0.9.1. And before that backup wallet.dat, delete everything else.  Install 0.9.1 core, import wallet.dat and leave it to sync.

If it will not help: check your firewall and Antivirus settings.  Maybe those are blocking.
Regards.
