Again people using online wallets and having problems with those. Why would you do that? Cold storage, cold storage, COLD STORAGE!

online wallets are being used a lot because they are easy to use and newbie friendly. it is the same way people have been using wallets forever like paypal or others. you just make an account and use it. that is why they are being used.
but they should only be used for small amounts that you want to have at hand for spending fast since it is harder to spend from cold storage.

This is true, people(especially newbie) too lazy to learn how use cold storage wallet. It not hard as newbie thinks.
Better to learn first then if lost your coins.

I know it was only 10K fee. But i don't have option in mobile app to choose fee...
And how can I see size of transaction before i send it with phone? Uh...maybe its time to contact wallet support again.
Thx for your time and help

Are you use blockchain wallet for mobile app?
I used bither wallet for my mobile app, and I never have any issue like this, they usually use default fees, and the default fees is recommend for your transaction.

I never keep a cold storage and don't have any wallet downloaded in my PC . I am using blockchain for a long time and I am satisfied with their service . So , I would suggest to use them as second option .

Indeed, because of the low fee you are using you will receive your bitcoin also pretty slow due to the fact the confirms are also very slow if you ask me.
Its logical if you ask me, a lot of people do not look at fee's..

I guess you are using Blockchain.info web wallet, truly the worst web online wallet out there. The problem of the fee can easily be solved without you doing anything, by using a wallet that uses dynamic fees it calculates the best fee for your transaction. So far I know electrum does that so you should start using it, as it is also more safer than online wallet , of course if you have a clean PC.

I don't know where to put this topic
I was trying to log in into my online wallet, and i have 2FA there. So, they sent code to my phone, well, i get mssg "code has been send"..I waited for half hour and clicked on resend button, but codes never came. So, tired of waiting, i have sent transaction with wallet app on my phone, (small amount 10$), and now i have medium priority transaction(within 6 blocks). Anyone having this kind of problems and how did you resolve it?
well i dont see any problem here . the message has not come due to the network traffic or you can contact the wallet support for that but the transaction you made had a medius priority that dose not have any kind of relation with the message problem

1.Which wallet you're using for 2FA ? If you're using blockchain.info, you have option to reset your 2fa request ,this time choose a Google Authenticator from the selection box.

2.Size of the transaction is too big compared to the service fee.Avoid that in the future, your transaction should get conformed soon as it is estimated to be on a medium priority.Don't be surprised if "soon" takes 2 or more hours.

3.Use Electrum.

To avoid this problem in the future you should set the transaction fee yourself.
You should probably stop using online wallets services too.

As for the other issue, how do you get your code? text message? You should attempt to solve that problem the service provider.

something went wrong....i had 0.0257BTC and i send BTC0.025, but it seems that app sent all without fee...or wrong fee was calculated..

Your transaction paid a fee of 0.0001 BTC, which, for the size of your transaction, is very small. Your transaction is 8935 bytes, which means that you are paying about 1 satoshi per byte, a very low fee. The current recommended is about 20 satoshs per byte (https://bitcoinfees.21.co/).

What service are you using? There is nothing that users here can do. All you can do is to contact support of whatever online wallet you are using.

As for the medium priority transaction, Blockchain.info's time estimates are usually wrong. If you need help with confirming a transaction, then it we need to know what the transaction id of it is.
