Hey guys,

This has been happening to me for months now. I receive a transaction, however Mycelium does not show that incoming transaction. No matter how many times I refresh, or even close the app and reopen it, it doesn't update. I have spam refresh for a couple of minutes or even reload the wallet before the transaction comes up.

I'm using a Ledger wallet, so the wallet is read-only.

Anyone else facing this issue?

try to reinstall it it worked with me

...does not show that incoming transaction...

But when you receive it, it is recorded on your transaction history? Not sure if my understanding is correct. If so, maybe you should try making another one and send your balances there? Have you contacted their customer support (http://support.mycelium.com/hc/en-us)? If not, then you should try.

I had researched though it is not Mycelium but on Trezor but kind of similar case so you might want to check it out? link here

Never got the time to reply to this. Let's see if someone else can help me with this, because I still experience this.

Is it true that Mycelium only does a full sync 30% of the time? Is this an intended feature? If so, why? It doesn't seem very intuitive to me. Sure, making a full sync run 100% of the time would take a little longer and be more resource intensive, but I don't think it should come down to luck in most cases.

The wallet will only check already used addresses periodically, at least once every 24hrs though.

If you click refresh or press the balance, the wallet will make a "normal sync" which does not sync already used addresses.
Refresh has about a 30% chance to do a "full sync" rather than a "normal sync" when pressing it, then it will check used addresses.

So spamming refresh is one way to go, reloading account is the safe way.

Have you tried using the "Rescan Account" option after selecting the account under accounts? Apparently that fixed some similar problems reported on the mycelium gthub by people upgrading.

I had many transactions with labels but now I only have 2 transactions. Mycelium was updated today from some version to v2.1.0 on my Nexus 5. What happened? Can I get my old transaction history back?

I found my answer. "Rescan Account" option after selecting the account under accounts. Now I have all of account history back.

Thanks for the comment, dmp1ce. I also had to rescan my account after upgrading to 2.1 to get my account history and transaction comments back. Why did this happen?

Yeah, that's what I meant by "Reloading the wallet", sorry! The problem is that I shouldn't have to re scan and wait near to a minute for my balances to be refreshed.

I now use Sentinel for my read-only wallet, because it's much more stable.
