There are no exchanges. The coin fell off all exchanges and pretty much died in 2019.

I am trying to mine this coin SOLO but not managing, so i have decided to use a pool instead.
I want to know how to exchange some coins if possible, where can i go please?

How to solo mine Litebitcoin / LBTC?
From this update you can start mining solo by using https://github.com/JayDDee/cpuminer-opt/releases
Example of option's
litebitcoin.conf
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=password
server=1
listen=1
daemon=1
txindex=1
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=19038
rpcthreads=8 ( not nessesary, use if miner diconnect after some time )
rpcworkqueue=4096 ( not nessesary, use if miner diconnect after some time, try from more litle value)
Miner option's
cpuminer-avx.exe -a yescryptr32 -o http://127.0.0.1:19038 -u user -p password -t "thread's of cpu" --coinbase-addr="wallet address"

Join the below mining pool to mine LBTC with Zero / 0% fee
LBTC Mining Pool
STRATUM SERVERS
-o stratum+tcp://185.243.114.13: -u [-p ]
should be valid for the currency you mine. DO NOT USE a BTC address here, the auto exchange is disabled!
As optional password, you can use -p c= if yiimp does not set the currency correctly on the Wallet page.
See the "Pool Status" area on the right for PORT numbers. Algorithms without associated coins are disabled.
