are you a criminal? because who doesn't have a real world bank account is because he has some serious problem with justice or with government and is prevented from having bank account. but I will not go into too much detail, I will follow this thread because I am very curious to know how it is possible for someone to have a solution to your dilemma " Wallet..Paypal..No Bank Account "
Not having a bank account does not mean that someone is a criminal. I personally have not had a bank account for almost a decade now and do not plan to have any Thanks to bitcoin and other few good alts.

It's because i hate the freaking banking system... Does that mean i am criminal too?

I'm trying to see if someone can help me with my dilemma? I have money in an offshore account. It is in the form of Bitcoins. I am old-school when it comes to the new technology etc and this is Greek to me lol! But I am told that I have to take the Bitcoins that I already have in the Offshore Acctand  I have to put them in an online wallet. My problem is I do not have a bank account and I cannot set one up for personal reasons that I don't want to go into on here. What I need help with does anyone know of an online wallet that I can set up with no bank account and have my PayPal account (debit card) tied in to that wallet so that I can make withdrawals on my PayPal card? This may be something that cannot be done? I do not know? If anyone can give me some inside I would greatly appreciate this!

Hello Ycraes,

1) you have setup your personal wallet to withdraw the bitcoin. Download Coinomi app in your cell phone and follow the instructions. Once you have the backup done, go to Receive and get a bitcoin address, of the type default.
2) This is the address that you need to put when withdrawing from the Casino.
3) Now you have the bitcoin in Coinomi, you can pay with them. We -bitrefill.com- sell many Gift Cards for bitcoin in the US, like Amazon, Walmart, Target, loong list. It is very straightforward to buy one, but there are many tutorials online if needed.

If you want to convert them to cash you need to find a bitcoin ATM near you and it will be pretty easy too. Or buy a Paypal Giftcard on one of the merchants that sell them for bitcoin.

To make things very simple, you can arrange with a friend somewhere  or close to you so he/she  can help with a bank account that can be linked to PayPal.

Possible ways were already explained by many members above.

You can also hire someone with bank account who is more trusted to you for cashing out if the amount of bitcoin you want to cashout is small.

I dont know what you need to buy. If you need to buy a computer or an iphone  you find a store taht sells tech fro Bitcoin. If you need to buy a bed or a wardrobe you find a store that sells furniture fo bitcoin. itcoin is money.

OP has already clarified he is in the US:
Oh and im in the USA so its not some 3rd world country.

In addition to the options already discussed (LocalBitcoins, Paxful, Bitcoin ATM, Peer-to-peer, marketplace board), there are also decentralized exchanges like BISQ, which will let you sell your bitcoins for cash or money orders, or using https://www.bitrefill.com/buy/usa/ to trade your bitcoins for vouchers for Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and tons of other stores. Coincards as suggested above also has a US specific site here: https://coincards.com/us/.

He may be located in one of the countries that are under US sanctions and therefore it is difficult to make international financial transfers to those countries.
The best solution is to use western union, they are almost everywhere and you can make an exchange using Localbitcoin.
You can also exchange BTC to gift cards or recharge your SIM card.

What ever option you decided to go with from the few above suggestions (although limited because of your situation) you have to be extra careful not to get scam on the process, the safest way is having a bank account but since that option is ruled out, maybe try localbitcoin as suggested above or you can use a trusted persons bank account to receive your money.

Hey there, first ignore the users whose answers you don't like. Getting angry using Caps and going at them will likely only cause other members to decide you aren't worth helping.

So I don't know the country you live in, not surprisingly this makes a huge difference in what you can do. I had a few people point out a couple of different services to me, I haven't had a chance to test. Like this one Coincards.ca - Again I haven't used them but had them recommended to me. Some are digital codes and what not allowing you to turn your BTC to nearly cash if you know some stores you plan to spend a few 1000 like groceries, gas and whatnot.

Apart from that check out the marketplace. Look for trusted members check feedback and use an escrow. People will be willing to deal with you but you will likely need to send the BTC to the escrow/purchaser first as you have no Rep here.

If you are okay with it tell us your country, then people can really narrow it down for you. Also what currency of PP funds are you looking for?

He can also sell via Paxful or Localbitcoins in exchange for PP or something similar (and get scammed if he's a newbie) or as I already wrote above, find a Bitcoin ATM and use that.

-snip- I had a bank acct and could get the money on my PayPal card I WOULD'VE BE ASKING HERE -snip-
You're from US & doesn't have a bank account, hmm... your options will be limited (to 2?  Undecided),
Your best bet is to post a meet-up P2P (bitcoins to fiat) exchange in the Marketplace->Currency Exchange board regarding your dealings.
Or via WU/Remittance with extra vigilance.

Just be careful on choosing offers specially with those online money transfers like WU.

Or he might be from a 3rd world country where banking for an average or poorer person is not as accessible as in the West. Looking at his posts it's probably a combination gambling if it's not entirely legal where he lives + alimony (?).

OP, your means of exchanging bitcoins for fiat money are dependent on where you live. Simplest way is to find a Bitcoin ATM but that's not the cheapest way of selling bitcoins, usually 2-5% on the low end, or up to 5-12% in some countries.

[1]. Don't use online wallet or even a web wallet. Just use hardware wallet and if you don't want to spend money on buying a hardware wallet you can install electrum in your clean PC. Here, https://electrum.org/#download.
[2]. Majority of all bitcoin wallet now in our local must you verify it first, unless if you are have something like suspicious.

Furthermore, in the explanation just look at this link, https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/do-i-need-a-bank-account,-debit-card,-or-credit-card-to-set-up-my-money-pool-faq3603

But when you guys suggest "oh go over here or go and do that" etc.. I know that is probably very very simple for you guys on here to understand? For me it's like trying to understand rocket building LOL! If any way possible what I would really and truthfully love for someone on here to do is kind of hold my hand so to speak and walk me through step-by-step on what I should do. Like tell me to go to this website... start here..open this up and do this... ect..ect.. like literally A through Z on what I should do and I would greatly appreciate and even be willing TO PAY SOMEONE to help me with this. I don't have a lot of money that I'm trying to turn liquid but it is a couple of thousand dollars which is a lot of money to me. This would only be A1 time thing as I'm not trying to get in the Bitcoin trading business. I'm literally just trying to turn a couple of thousand dollars worth of Bitcoins or whatever into a couple of thousand dollars cash and I'm just trying to figure out how to do this? If I'm in the wrong Forum or I'm in the wrong section of the Forum please advise and I'll go to the correct section as I'm not trying to break any rules here.

Just my thoughts exactly,  I mean he is old school,  no bank account and wants to withdraw his offshore btc using PayPal! It doesn't add up, how did he manage to get hold of btc if he has less knowledge of how things work? This is a forum where anyone can come in disguise and nobody knows what their intentions are, I hope he is genuine and deserves the assistance of forum members.

Never heard about some wallet or any exchange that did that, all I knew is coinbase connected with paypal for withdrawal only if I'm correct but they ask some personal info, much probably they ask bank account as well.
If really.want to do that, I suggest to make a p2p transaction like what mentioned above and just install your own wallet, desktop or hardware (recommended), don't use any webwallet if you have a decent amount in your wallet.

No there isn't any since Paypal forbids any activity related to cryptocurrency. Your best bet would be to use some p2p marketplaces like LocalBitcoin or Paxfull and websites like Coinsbee where you can buy some Paypal gift cards and pay with your bitcoins.
There is also a currency exchange section here, you may find some offers.

offshore account. It is in the form of Bitcoins
We call it a Bitcoin wallet Smiley
Not sure what wallet type are you using but I don't see why you would need an online wallet to then convert your money in cash.

There are ~2 billion people unbanked worldwide, (just in the USA 25% of US households are either unbanked or underbanked
