I think that it is much safer to hold them offline. Why risk putting them on your phone? What happens if you lose your phone?
Change your account password ?
Yes, I am interested to hear as well. What if. The phone is lost or stolen

I was tested some wallets on iPhone: Bread, GreenAddress and Mycelium.

There are different aspects of how security is handled. I am using GreenAddress as it seems to me good and secure. But I am holding there small value only.

Make sure to keep away from public internet hotspots. Don't keep too much BTC in the device you use to connect online. I think you will be 99.99% save most of the time.
what could happen with public internet hotspots? do they have access to your information if youre using it?
I'm using circle and coinbase apps, my BTC still here right now, safe or not depend on you

Just a question i would like to ask having a bitcoin wallet on my iPhone how safe are these... safer than leaving them on a computer wallet? If so doesn't anyone recommend any bitcoin apps

They're only as safe as you are. I wouldn't keep all my coins on my phone. You should keep the majority offline and a little to spend on your app. If you download the blockchain.info app you can keep your coins online and sync up with the app but i'd still only keep a small amount on there.

I still haven't set up a wallet on my phone yet. I know you can get Blockchain and MyCelium apps though. I suppose the risks of using mobile apps would go up if you jailbreak/root your phone.

It depends...

Coins are never 100% save, but you just need to make sure you download legit wallet apps.

BlockChain wallet for ios is the best one on ios so far.

And don't use your wallet when you're using public wifi.
