I did know that people generally don't like this method. However I am seeing posts of people buying and selling using paypal so I'm just asking.
If someone wants to do it then I am right here with my money. If not then my bank will be verified in 1-3 days and I can just do it there.

Why did you create a new account just to ask to buy BTC with a highly reversible payment method? You should have posted under your other account so members can see how "trusted" you are and then decide if they want to sell you BTC.
EDIT: I'm assuming this is not your only bitcointalk.org account. If it is, you need to be trusted here to buy that amount of BTC with PayPal. Trust is earned over time too and not days or weeks if you're wondering
