If one person trusts you for some inexplicable reason, feel free to borrow from them. You don't have a collateral nor any reputation to speak of so just stop spamming here and begging other people for loans lest you earn a fully deserved red trust rating.
The reason is that yhiaali3 is a kind-hearted person and a very good member of the Arabic section, he lent this scammer once and he asked him for no interest whatsoever (their conversation was in a public thread) the scammer came back to ask for another loan, yhiaali3 granted him that "against my advice sadly", and now this scammer went missing without repaying the loan.
you already have an active loan with @yhiaali3 according to your words so wait to pay off the loan you have like @yhiaali3 and then ask @yhiaali3 to borrow again as simple as that. no one will give you a loan without guarantee or reputation at least that's how most people think, but as you've already managed to have someone you lend so stay with that person, you don't need to look for other people and to make matters worse you want to borrow when you already have an active loan , this is not a good idea

With the way you've been asking for loans recently, I wouldn't be surprised if you're either connected to @yhiaali3 or you're just doing it to increase your reputation on this forum...
