I am building a couple mining farms and wanted to include Dash in my collection but I do have budget I have to stick too, sorry if it seems disrespectful to some my price is not to be offensive at all, its only business.

I value mining rigs like cars, once they go off the lot, value drops considerably and that is how any other professional miner should value these rigs as well, at least that is my advice on it.

I have funny feeling the price will drop considerably for those still trying to sale after 09/29/2017

Yes exactly, people who paid in advance months ago in BTC are not taking a loss due to BTC price fluctuations, they are selling in BTC prices.

So if someone bought a Sept miner for BTC months ago and BTC went up by 1-2grand, do you think it's fair for them to sell you a miner at a loss in a USD equivalent?

That's why most sales are in BTC.

I do not think you will find what you are looking for at the price you are asking.

I know there are some sellers here that are selling Sept D3 minres in BTC not USD.

Sorry but you are freaking idiot! Price 3 months ago was $2699 + 150 for the PSU, BTC was not even $2500 at that time, you freaking idiot! Now BTC is over $4000 so do the math, its a quick come up for anyone looking to let it go.
