There are ways to live Mars without terraforming it. Getting to Mars is very huge undertaking how more for terraforming it.

The point in going to Mars is to discover new things what the rovers cannot do. With this first volunteer we will gain more knowledge/experience how to travel to other planets and how to survive on it.

There would no way they will be able to send 4 people to Mars on 2018. How much is there budget? Does this Dutch company already send people to moon or even in space?
