Anyway, are you ready for that kind of job and responsible enough? I have not experienced it, but seems to be stressful by just seeing the bounty threads, especially because there are lots of bounty participants who didn't care to read and understand the rules.
It is a lot of work... well, if you actually do the job properly, but many people just see it as an another easy source of income and for some of them it is. Many campaign managers such as sylon don't actually do anything other than pay the people who sign up and make the minimum required amount of shitposts, hence why those campaigns are abused by hacked accounts, bots, farmers and spammers.

I Also think first you need to work as a assistant of any good campaign manager.After work as a assistant you will understand all things that done by a campaign manager. Then asked an offer in the service section of this forum.If any team choose you then you will be a manager. And in service section some project team write post about finding manager for their campaign.you will also apply there. The best way to become a bounty manager is to work as an assistant manager to another bounty manager at first and gain experience. There are many managers in this forum who are managing bounties and would want an assistant to help them out - you should try contacting them for such needs.
After that once you have gained enough experience you can try starting your own service with this previous work experience as references and get some clients as well if you worthy enough.
