If it was that easy to BUILD a rig dont you think everyone would do it ? Its possible however and with cheap manpower & Chinese parts here it CAN be done, but you are really really Late, HOWEVER dont let me deter you.

I am actually planning to setup a fpga farm basially its still in the drawing boards I'd rather suggest you to join our pool - either become an investor or somehow contribute .. oh wait .. or somehow contribute NON TECHNICALLY !
