I want to buy 10 Btc but as of now so many regulations are coming in INDIA. so is it safe to do the transaction from my bank account? Or I should opt any other method? and which exchange is the most reliable?

Anyway,I don`t think that the indian authorities will track your bank or btc transactions,if you buy btc via some trusted localbitcoins trader.Never use any of the big crypto exchange platforms,like Binance or Poloniex to deposit and hold large amounts of btc there.Is some newbie forum members here start to spam your PM inbox with messages,asking you to trade with them,just ignore those PMs.
