Paypal is most of the time a guaranteed scam. The only way I interacted with Paypal in the crypto world was when I bought some BTC back in the day in Virwox. My ass still hurts from the fees.
Scam... Dont do any transaction thru paypal. He can say he didnt get the item and reverse charges. Find someone both parties trust and do the transaction that way.
