Yes, the restriction is only for Bitcoin exchanges, not individuals. PM me with the info I need to pay you please.
I'm glad to sell it to you for 12.33/btc but I don't think you can send to me either under your current restriction. You are welcome to try. If you can send to another Dwolla user who is past 30 days (that you trust) they can send to me.

So I made my first deposit in Dwolla on 10/1/2012, and I can't wait any longer... the 30 day wait to deposit to bitcoin exchanges is a little excessive. I mean, two week would be understandable but 30 days is a little overkill. Check out the screenshot so you can see that I indeed have a valid funding source set up.
Anyway, I am looking for a forum member who is willing to sell me some bitcoin (around 5 bitcoin). Please don't reply unless you can provide a WOT profile or something similar to prove you are not a scammer.
