If you want to "buy anywhere some bitcoins" withdraw your PayPal funds to your bank account and then get the cash out of the account, then use a non-reversible payment method.

Newbie... PayPal... 2 or 3 BTC... all red flags.

at bitcointalk/marketplace the rate of scammers are above 80% and are already at a critical mass.
