I have around 7.5 I can sell right now, and will have enough to cover 20 by mid week, but not at 130.

With paypal and the inherent risks I would ask for the current bitstamp price +15%.

Cheers...

How many BTC are you looking to purchase and at what price?

Given the chargeback possibility I am willing to sell with a % premium above the going rate.

Cheers...

Right now I'm buying @ $130 per Bitcoin. I want to buy minimum 20 BTC.

Bought near about 2 BTC from sublime5447. As a new trader I'm not able to buy more than $500 worth of Bitcoin from him.

But I want to buy more. Anyone interested to sell Bitcoin for paypal?

I can give you some btc for paypal, but you will have to wait 180 days to get the btc in order to prevent any charge back.
If you want something faster, I'd recommend you making a wire transfer to a safe exchangers like bitstamp.net.

Thanks for your offer.

I already made 2 transactions with sublime5447. To verify my identity I sent him my Identity card's scan copy. He is a good seller, I'll buy bitcoins from him everyday.

Even if you send the money as a gift, you can still force a chargeback (up to 30 days later) by claiming that your account was hacked. Even if Paypal refuse to issue the chargeback (which they wouldn't) you could have your bank issue the chargeback instead. I'm sure there is someone out there that will take a chance on you, but i doubt they'll do it for a few thousand dollars worth.

Technically, even bank wires and SEPA transfers can be reversed, but it's still the safest way.

I think a bank wire is safe after 36 hours, and a SEPA transfer is safe after 3 days.
