It's not for SE or refunds,it's for testing out a new method that I want to give a test runI made a new method that I found out via chaining (method of mine) that I want to try out.Only problem is that I need many empty Amazon accounts,I said empty because it's cheaper than buying a Amazon account with money in it.It must have past purchase history because I don't want anyone just making new accounts and selling them to me,the method would work with only accounts with at least some past purchases,and the reason I want them to not be able to be recovered by the owner is obvious

I have heard of refunds before but I still think this is not legal to receive refunds for what you did not buy or spent.This is probably for doing refunds....
