I am very much interested in ASIC mining and I have no knowledge about the miner, at all. I want to buy scrypt ASIC miner with small hash power like 5-10 mhashes . Please tell me what miner I should buy ? And also give me the link.

You could probably go on eBay and find an older scrypt miner, although I'm not exactly sure which one would have a hashrate at 5-10Mh/s. If you don't mind going (a lot) lower, the old gridseed ASICs might do the job, if it's just for testing purposes.
