For me its like gambling with your own money by buying worthless altcoins and hoping that it will pump in future and if you are really lucky then only you will be making some good profits from those coins and when it comes to an investment we cannot afford to depend only on luck to make profits each and every time.
For those worthless coins a lot of their blockchains are no longer moving. Is very difficult to transfer them and no working block explorer to verify the transactions. I like the idea to buy them cheap and hope for the best. Good luck.

You know that you can probably mine most of these worthless coins for about the same price. If you go on a website like mining rig rentals, drop five bucks worth of bitcoins in there, then you could probably power mine any coin that doesn't have popularity around it and have millions of them within a few hours.

Why don't you look for some airdrops here? You can get lot of coins, some of them can be worthy something one day.
Or try yobit, there are free coins and lot of them worth nothing.

I do not know why you are looking for a coin that is not worth it, but would not it be better for you to get a coin to be valued at least in the future? I think there are many coins to be valued in the future. Make sure you make a basket with them and probably win much more. Of course I respect your decision.
