what is a seed ?
and where do i find it

seed is a combination of random words that you can use to restore your wallet when/if you lose them. you can find your wallet seed by clicking the seed icon on the bottom right corner or from the option Wallet > Seed.

then all i would have to do is to update it ?

yes update to the latest version. keep a copy of the wallet file just in case. and write down the seed if you haven't done that already.

thanks for the replys

it would be very interesting to find out what it is
now that the first shock of missing coins if over (  Grin ) i am curious wath was.

i went on blockechain info  and checked the adress
and there it showed the transaktion
but in 2 pices

i mean it moved that coins to two adresses
i know i moved on part of the coins myself
but not that bigger second part now i wonder is that a normal move coins do if you transfer part of a coinamont from one adress lets say to a escrow ?
i mean i can be wrong but as i understand bitcoin
you have an adress and you sign lets say the amount of 10 to it
so you cant just move 1 out of it
couse originaly there are 10 signed to that adress
could it be that to move there are new adresses created ?
or am totaly wrong ?

sounds like you're talking about change address. most wallets have this feature turned on by default.
when you send any amount of btc to an address and you have some bitcoin left, they will be sent to a newly-generated (if not specified) address.

has anyone an idea
1. why it told me my btc are gone? 0 balance
2. can i just erase it with win deinstall?
and would that have any affect on the adresses i use also in bitcoin qt?

1. few possibilities here. old version bug (lower than 2.x.x . maybe higher), connection/server issues, wrong wallet file.

2. if you're talking about the wallet file, it won't be deleted when you uninstall electrum so you've got to do it manually. default wallet directory in windows is %appdata%\Electrum\wallets .
it can't affect the bitcoin qt in any way. same thing goes for the addresses. of course if you have doubts you can always export your private keys.

1. It's probably not connecting anywhere. If you have a old version you should probably update. Do you have a green icon on bottom right?
2. Yes, you can. If you used a portable version or just the executable you can just delete Electrum folder.
