You don't need to use the torrent client and you don't need to install or download anything. Everything is web-based. Just upload the torrent file to zbigz.com, and wait till the seeding is finished. Then use the Internet Download Manager to download the file from the website.

looks interesting but if it gets noticed from  isp probably that website may be banned
The aim of the website was to bypass isp restrictions in the first place

Use zbigz.com! It's an online bittorrent client that will download your files
You can also try www.bitlet.org, both work fine and free.  Cheesy
