I suggest that you index based on the bounty's participant profile link in a spreadsheet, I think this is more accurate and almost no weaknesses.

Still, participants like to give incorrect sheet no.

I think you showed a good point, and this is something I believe everyone should think about in any job. How do you give value? Everyone likes to complain they don't earn enough for their work. Even in crypto, bounty hunters say they do so much "work" and managers just the same they do "so much".

But the real value? So few of them contribute unique ideas or are helpful.

Learning formulas are definitely 1 extra help in any job not just bounty manager. Can it help you earn five digits? Don't think so though!

yes true, always give value! and what i think that separates a good manager from an average one is the ability to formulate excel sheet. There is lots of complicated formulas, like creating a button. This can really help. VBA and Macros, these are not easy to learn. ICOs are willing to pay a high amount for a good manager.

Just like in any jobs. What makes this person different from others? Employers love these kind of people and will pay high amount just to keep them. Its all about making one useful, upgrade skills so that you are irreplaceable. I think this is the skill, constantly upgrading and improving, that is required in 20th century.

Its not about going to school and get a job anymore! It's really not enough.

i think one of the things to get paid handsomely as a bounty manager is to be different from others, since there are so many people who can do this job.
The question to ask is "What value can i bring to the table?" instead of demanding that i can get paid this much without showing any portfolio or work experience at all!

I believe one of the things is to have formulas in excel sheet that can show potential employers that you are different from others. And you are unique. The more formulas, the better! It shows employers that u are willing to learn!

I hope these formulas can help in your application as a bounty manager also.

if you have not checked the first one on how to do a VLOOKUP formula where u can save at least 50% of your time,

i believe 2nd formula will save your time alot too!! This function will be MATCH

Many participants will always give incorrect spreadsheet number, giving bounty manager headaches looking for their names on the sheet. And wasting lots of time.

To save time, simply do a =match(S10,F:F,0) to find their names
where MATCH (lookup_value, lookup_array, [match_type])

S10 , lookup_value , will be the name of participants that you are searching.
F:F , lookup_array , will be whole column where the function will get its lookup_value from.
0 , match type , so that lookup_array does not need to be sorted. And the exact participants spreadsheet number will appear once u type in their name on S10.

to make it easier, u can right click on S10 box and click on data validation at the last dropdown.

the below image will appear.

criteria u can put F:F , and click on save.
and the lookup_array dropdown column will appear, and u can search for any name.

very simple and it will save bounty managers lots of time Smiley
