I won't pay market rate, but I'm willing to spend $145 for 0.41434 BTC.
According the the MoneyGram website, the fee they would charge to send to you in Nepal would be $11.
Therefore the amount you would receive would be $134.
MoneyGram uses an exchange rate of 1 USD = 97.846900 NPR so you would be picking up approximately 3,111.49 NPR (depending on exact MoneyGram fees and USD to NPR exchange rate at the time of the transaction).

Hi. Maybe you can post how much btc you have instead of the $ value of your holdings which changes with time as with exchange. That makes much easier for traders to send you a quote.
