You problem is actually very easy to solve1. Send the BCH to Binance.com
2. Exchange the BCH to USDT
3. Exchange the USDT to TRX
4. Withdraw the TRX into your USDT TRC20 address, withdrawal fee for Tron is just 1.0 TRX
5. Problem solved.

Not surprising why nobody wants to take your offer whether it be in TRX or any other cryptocurrency that you may want. If I have some TRX, I would send it to you without asking for anything in return. I guess you have to wait until some generous guy gives you that or do something by trading a larger amount for you to move your USDT. The value of your BCH isn't a lot and that's just $1.3 with the price of it today @ $513 that's why no one would like to trade it. I'm been into this type of situation many times and I just did trade a few of my bitcoins for Ethereum so that I can have the fee to be able to move the coins that I want to move in another wallet.
