I think I would have emailed wrong guy first, before filing a dispute. Unless of course you absolutely hate wrong guy.

To be honest, I had no idea what was going on. The person I was dealing with became unresponsive, so I assumed I had the wrong email. I didn't find out until tonight which email was right and which was wrong. And by that time, wrong guy hated me because he had no idea what was going on. Maybe it was because he got an email demanding Bitcoins too, haha. He probably thought I was Cats: All your Bitcoin are belong to us.

I just think it's funny that this turned into an opportunity for me to introduce someone to Bitcoin.

Go forth and multiply. Cool

I messed it up on purpose, because he was referring to a different post. I'm trying to protect the identity of the person with whom I was dealing.

So some of you may have seen a post I made asking to buy Bitcoins with Paypal. Well, there was a pretty big mix up and I ended up sending money to the wrong guy (he uses the same handle on other forums as the one who was supposed to receive my money with an email address that is one letter off). So I dispute it to get my money back, and then wrong guy sends this back:

"I am not the ******** on http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=******

That is actually the first time I have _ever_ seen someone else use that handle.

what the fuck is bitcoin anyway?

Tell me whats going on so I have some assurance that this isn't some scam and I will resolve my end of the paypal dispute."

I just think it's funny that this turned into an opportunity for me to introduce someone to Bitcoin.
