Do you have experience with incorporation, and IRS rules for registering as a non-profit?Are you looking to take a company public? I have filed papers before to form an LLC and an S-Corp. I have never registered as a non-profit before, but do have some working knowledge of the accounting processes behind that. I also have done business and personal taxes for the past 4 years.
