I want to advise you check ICO projects-partners with AmaZix which promote him and manage bounty campaigns
So what you are trying to say is if a project doesn't hover the identity of developers means that they are not worthy of trust? So why there are so many investors who get scammed? If that was your point?
Firstly, not all ICO's reveal their team so you have to look for a one that does. You can just go to a particular ICO's website and if you see a team list there, then they are transparent about it but please note that some might not reveal some of their staff(s). The amount of information they provide about a certain person also varies but hey you could also try searching them on social media's in case you need more info than what's given.
