One thing I'll never understand is why the hell would anybody send BTCs first. Directly to "new" account without escrow 
You have learned a lesson (quite expensive one).
Are you sure the passport is his and valid? I kind doubt the scammer would reveal his identity and then just disappear. But you can try to hunt him.
You should make a scam accusation thread in this board (watch the proper format, read stickies). And I think posting your bounty (which is not small) in Ukrainian language board could bring some results as well.
BTW It's against the forum rules to show his IDs here. Only allowed space for such docs. is investigations board.
I hope you'll get your BTC back or the scammer gets what he deserves.
