That is true like I said, but PayPal never does reply to my emails, I think that is weird.
So even when I get scammed, I can't perform a chargeback when sending as f&f. I am going to make a call to them and ask why they don't reply to my email.

That is weird, a 1:1 rate is fair though.
What do you think is a fair rate for this deal? Since you are in a need of something and when people help u when u urgently need it, most of the time it will be rewarded.

I didn't say it is not fair but just the rate is not attractive to me only...
