Unfortunately , i can't sign that btc address anymore due to an update made by the web based wallet(www.coins.ph) i use
That's my previous www.coins.ph btc address and now it's updated with a different address (filipino / coins.ph users will know)
Btw , is that necessary for selling accounts? Sorry i'm quite about these things :/

It is good practice to give a signed message with the deal, but no doubt you will still have offers they just won't be as much as you would like due to you not being able to prove that the account is yours. After the recent forum hack many accounts could have been hacked, it is of course unlikely they would bother about member accounts but not beyond the realm of possibility. I only quickly scanned your recent posts do you have any other addresses you can sign from an un edited post?

Oh, so signing  a message is to prove that i'm the owner of this account? Am i right?
Sad to say there's none other btc address i use. Sad

Yes that is correct it is to prove you are the owner of the account at this time from when you posted the address. That is a shame it is the only address you use that could be signed from. Not all bad though I see accounts sell without them you just wont get as much fella. You should probably think about keeping it and posting in meta @ stake an address you can sign from in furture.

Keeping it is not a good idea for me  . i just got a work and i will be busy so i'll probably forget this account
Anyways, thanks for your time and some info you gave
I think i will be forced to sell this at a low amount (without signed message) Grin

Edit: last question Smiley
Is signing a message the only way to prove you're the real owner of a certain account?
Many members are losing their accounts here! Our forum don't verify your ID! So the only personal is email, security question, and BTC address! As an individual user, we cannot access the first two record, so rely on the signed message from an old address to proof ownership!

I see.
i can lend my personal email i used when i registered here but i think buyers will still prefer signed messages
Anyways thanks for the explanation

You also have very few long responses,I saw somewhere that that can drive down value as well as where you mostly post.

Hi, making it public will affect the value of your account, I would say that price you have is as you expect a little on the high side, maybe around 0.03-0.04 would be good but can you sign a message from this address https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11437242 ?
