He can always hire another developer but it would be too costly by then and agree with you that if you don't have knowledge on how a coin works you might end up scamming investors,but so many coin owner now has 2 or 3 developers..

The best scams always have staying power. If the person with the idea has no idea how to keep it going, that person can't inflict it on the community for an extended period of time. You want your crytopscam to be chronic, not acute.
