The house property was an investment buy. No one lives on the property.
Apart for the legal implications: what are you trying to do? Sell the house? Or sell the house "in tiny chunks" to many people? The only reason I can think of for selling "tokens" is that you want the total price of all tokens to be higher than the value of the house. In that case, why would anyone buy it?

If I can figure this out would you folks want to partner with me in getting some sort of simple online real estate exchange going using my property as prototype. I could do the foot work  and paper work on my end and the concept. Figuring ways around legal issues and finding loopholes is my specialty.
These values is what I bring to the table.

The house property was an investment buy. No one lives on the property.

I would really like to get involved with someone or put a team together to start this. I read around and what I'm talking about is cutting edge. Analyst and financial specialist are already saying this will be a multi-trillion dollar industry.

I don't know about who ever is reading this out there but I want to make some money and fame.

Start a new coin, a blockchain wherein every square inch of property is a coin. Put the whole property in trust. Then sell these coins for cash for sub-trusteeship of the corresponding square inch. Make the value great enough so that if some one person takes 51% trusteeship, you can transfer the whole trust land to him, and walk away with a good profit.

Cool

It seems like some kind of nonsense, why do you need this? What's the point?

OP may be in need of some cash, but does not want to lose his house.

OP - I don't see any way you can do it as a private owner.  But you could set up a LLC, gift the house to the LLC in exchange for free rent, and then tokenize the ownership of the house.  What state is it located in?

I see this as a potential trend, and a service offering this could succeed.

Real estate ownership in the U.S. is heavily regulated. You cannot tokenize the property unless the laws in your county support it, and that is probably not the case at this time. However, maybe it will happen in the future. There are plenty of people working on it.

In the meantime, a clever solution might be to put the property in a trust or LLC, and tokenize ownership of the trust or LLC. IANAL

Heard about real estate tokenization. I want to token a house property I own. Can someone contact me to do this or introduce me to people who can?

The deed is in my name, the house is owned by me, no mortgage or loans on the property and the taxes are up to date and clear
